Dear Customers and Friends,
As you may know, we aren't producing lamb this year. However, our good friend, Bill at Edgefield Farm has some grass-fed lamb that will be ready in just a few weeks! These lamb are expected to be between 45 - 60 lbs (hanging weight) and will be $10.50/lb. This will stock your freezer with delicious roasts, chops, shanks, ground lamb, and more, for the inevitable cold days ahead!
Please send us an email if you would like to reserve one! There is a $200 deposit and a custom cut sheet that will need to be filled in by September 15th.
