2020 marks our 50th anniversary, and to celebrate, we want to showcase YOUR artwork on our limited-edition, anniversary library cards! Residents of all ages can participate. We'll split entries into three age groups, and winners from each group will receive a $100 Target gift card! Submissions are due by Monday, September 30, so get designing!

Explore nine literary landmarks on the Pinnacle Library Road Trip to receive a special end of the road prize! Visit our Information Desk to pick up a passport and start your road trip. Passports, souvenirs and prizes are available while supplies last.

Studio 300 is launching an Artist in Residence program to support local artists. Work on your music, photography, graphic design and more in our state-of-the-art digital media studio and Maker Lab while sharing your journey with the community.

Starting Monday, September 9, you can get your hands on hot new releases, best-sellers and popular books and movies even faster. Our new Lucky Day collection will have high demand titles that typically have long hold times. These items will be first come, first served, so if it’s on the shelf, it’s your lucky day!

Volunteer tutors from Plainfield East High School will offer free homework help for students on all subjects. First come, first served. Grades K–5.

Mondays, September 9–October 28
Discover how tech and computer science are used in the fashion industry. Each class builds on the previous, so you must attend all sessions. Ages 10–13.

Learn what it takes to write a novel in a month from author and seven-time NaNoWriMo winner Tracy Townsend, whose book series began with NaNoWriMo.
