Seniority Grid Sorting & Filtering

*IMPORTANT* We've enhanced the seniority grid to enable some new advanced sorting and filtering options.

With this update comes a slight difference to how you add columns to the grid. Instead of ordering them within the side menu panel you can drag them directly onto the grid. Alternatively you can drag columns on the grid into any position you choose.

Member Chat Feature
Additionally we've added a new advanced filtering feature which allows you to filter by each unique value in any of the columns. This is particularly valuable when you want to only see Part Time or Full Time employees or you want to focus on a specific member class

Survey Questions & Campaigns

Questions have been renamed to Survey questions throughout Sidekick. Along with the terminology change we've added campaigns that group together survey questions.

Campaigns offer Local leadership the way to organize and send multiple questions and tailor messaging to send directly to members by way of SMS or Email. Campaigns can be sent to specific employers or the entire local 

Campaigns can include video messaging to explain the importance of the questions being asked.

Member chat mode within Sidekick for Reps.

Business agents can now chat with members via SMS from within Sidekick. Support for multimedia images and video is also available.

Signatures on Interactive PDFs

We now support the ability to have member sign Interactive PDFs upon saving their documents for submission. 

Time Tracking & Expenses

Business agents can now keep track of their time spent at employer locations and travel expenses directly in Sidekick. Timesheets allows for increased visibility to both agents and leadership on how members are being serviced.

Report Updates

We've added a few additional reports to help filter information coming in from agents and members
 

  • Print Applications - Allows a LUMM User to filter by date and location and print all the join application PDFs
  • Survey Questions - This report has been updated to include date range of when a survey question was answered. Perfect for monitoring evaluation levels over time
  • Actions - You can now break down actions by the specific action and time frame it was requested
  • Member Documents - Interactive PDFs that are submitted by members can now be filtered by date, location, and type of document for printing
In an effort to speed up performance of larger data heavy reports we have removed the pre-filled Date range filters. You will have to now specify the date range before the report can be generated.

The reports dashboard has now been updated into a menu option to allow you to pick your specific report first.

Local menu options & collapsible menus

All the side panels have been made collapsible in order to maximize the space needed for viewing the current data. We've also made the local menu option contain all the navigation links so you can travel directly from join for to employer list.

Miscellaneous Updates & Notes

  • Offline mode button has been moved into seniority grid side menu
  • Links in chat messages have been turned into hyperlinks to more easily be clicked on to navigate to page.
  • New Post-Join dialog to help navigate agents to the next action after on boarding a new member
  • Join invites report can now be filtered by whom sent the request to join
  • Main employer / member search has been combined into a single search
  • Agents can now request the iPad/Desktop version of Sidekick on their mobile phones.
    • Mobile phone usage is not meant to service members. But makes it easier to access contact information of those members if your device supports it.
    • Advanced mobile phone usage for Agents is coming soon
