WACO PRIDE NETWORK

SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER

Hello <<First Name>>,

We are back and just a month and a half away from OUT on the Brazos!

So we have some announcements:

And finally (we are especially excited about this one)...

Our HEADLINER will be Walker Lukens...yes Walker Lukens!

Now on his third full-length release, the Austin, TX-based songwriter has become well known for embracing contradiction, "blending genres and techniques" into a sound that's hard to pin down. American Songwriter called his new album “an exercise in making politically charged music that is also listenable.” World Cafe called his songs "wonderfully inventive,” while NPR Music featured him as an “Artist You Should Know,” saying “Lukens is loyal to only one category: excellence.”

If you would like to help out with this amazing event there are still ways to do so. You can:
  • ATTEND this month's planning meeting (see details below)
  • VOLUNTEER to help out on the day of the event
  • PREORDER your 2019 Out On the Brazos T-shirt featuring our fantastic logo
