The new Scoop and Wills & Daniel collaboration allows the Scoop Team to concentrate on growing specialty produce and working with other growers and artisans throughout the state to increase the diversity, quality and supply of regional food.

The gardens are taking shape at our new site, Penny's Hill Winery.

Produce lists explained:

Scoop - we work closely with growers. The Scoop product list reflects what we are growing ourselves or getting directly from local producers.
You may order directly from this list.
If your order does not make up $150 you can supplement with anything from the W&D produce list.

Wills & Daniel - Scoop products have been incorporated into this extensive portfolio.

In the coming months this list will be on line and will reflect growing methods and place of origin.

Pricing - W&D and Scoop have aligned our prices to offer you the most competitive and value product. Pricing can be tailored to your usage and ordering patterns. Please talk Shaun at W&D about discount modelling available.

Get to know you greens!
You can win friends with salad.
We've changed the names of our salad mixes to best represent what they are:

Herb mix - remains the same - a delicate and herbaceous mix of small greens and reds.
Garden mix - formally known as Petite mix - a delicate mix of tiny herbs, kale, asian greens and nasturtiums leaves.
Floral mix - formally known Market mix. This is the mix inspired by our large bowl of seasonal greens at the Willunga Farmers Market, sprinkled with fresh edible flowers from the garden. The leaves are a mix of petite herbs and salad leaves. (pictured above)
Seasonal Mix - formally known as Spring Mix a larger leaf mix of salad leaves, mizuna, tatsoi and whatever yummies the season may bring.

Our Delicate Produce.
To ensure our produce gets to you in the best condition and has an excellent shelf life, we either wash lightly or not wash at all our most delicate produce.
Our salad mixes are an exception - they are ready to serve.

Order for all of the above is midnight the night before.

One month left for Scoop Farm Gate as we know it. 30th September is the last day we will be at Paddys Row and then it's off to Penny's Hill Winery from the October long weekend. In the meantime we are stocked up with some real local treats.
