As summer draws to a close, we've been extra busy at Green Tutors preparing for a new school year with new students, new tutors, and new services to offer. We're very excited! You can read all about them here.

Stress to success challenge

To help prepare students to face the stress of the return to school in their GCSE year, we ran our first ever 5 day challenge last week, and it was a great success! The feedback from students was wonderful, and the difference in their confidence in just five days was absolutely wonderful.

Online courses

Our primary service is personal tuition. We cover maths and sciences up to A level, in your own home or online.

In person tuition £40 per hour
Online tuition £35 per hour
Tuition with Georgina £50 per hour

However I appreciate that this is not an investment that everyone is open to make, for whatever reason.

We're working on a way to support more students at a lower cost in the coming months, with online tuition material that students can study in their own time, with support when they need it.

Meet the tutor
Blake Baker

Originally from Mansfield, Blake is now based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. He has just finished his PhD in Pure & Applied Chemistry with GlaxoSmithKline and The University of Strathclyde. Having previously completed a MSci degree in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry at The University of Nottingham, Blake has many years of experience and passion for science. He is also an accomplished guitar player and talented performer.

If you'd like to arrange a chemistry lesson with Blake, get in touch.

Please remember to pay tuition invoices by the deadline. We understand that there may be some anomalies due to holidays etc but it is important to make payments promptly in order to secure your child's tuition time. Lessons may be cancelled with no notice if not paid per invoice terms.
