Family Meeting
Wednesday 11th Sep, 7.45pm @ New Life
Several times a year we call the church together as a family to share church news, give updates on ministries and give information on upcoming plans. Please make this meeting a priority - it would be great every church family could be represented at this meeting.

The elders will be communicating the vision of the church and providing important information for house groups as we start the new term.

Footsteps Is Back Soon For The New Term
Footsteps, our stay and play for 0-4s, is currently on a break for the summer holidays, but will be back on Tuesday 10th September for the new term.

Prayer for Terry and Jennifer
Please pray for Terry as he goes to Oxford on Monday to find out whether he can participate in a clinical trial. Please pray that he can be cured of his cancer.

Calling all 18-30’s at New Life Church!
This new group is going to take place every last Saturday of each month. Hosted by Adrian, Corinne, Jeremy and Louise, it is a chance for this age group to meet together and have some fun and fellowship. First session will be held on October Saturday 26th - watch this space for more details

Welcome Team - Volunteers Needed
'I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than dwell in the tents of the wicked' (Ps.84:10b).

One of most important areas of service in the church is the welcome we give to visitors and all who come to the church building each Sunday. It is also a great way of getting to know church members and of being a blessing by giving a warm greeting.

We have a big need for more people to volunteer to help us with this - age is no barrier (e.g. you can be from 13 to 100!) and we need males and females. Please would you carefully and prayerfully consider if you could serve in this way and if so, see Andrew or Ewen as soon as possible? Thank you. ewen@newliferugby.com

A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us fund raise further recordings - we managed to raise £1200 which will see another 4 songs recorded in the coming months!

Home Groups Will Return W/C 16th September
Home groups are now suspended from meeting formally, for the summer holidays. We will resume the home groups the week commencing 16th September. If you would like to join a house group or know more about them, please email Ewen at ewen@newliferugby.com.

Men's Breakfast
Saturday 21st September, 9am

Our now Men's Breakfast event will take place on Saturday 21st September from 9am (venue to be confirmed). If you'd like to come along, please sign up below so we can have an idea of numbers - all men welcome!

How can you get involved with #Vision2019 ?

Pray for the plans, the purpose and the provision of our building project and it's impact on our community.
