We experience an intermittent error on some dealers - and intermittent errors (ocasional) makes it very difficult for us to correct (also because we don't get them in our 3 test environments).
We recommend in general you do a manual calibration of the dealer - especially if your experience a sequence of errors due to a faulty automatic calibration - you can learn how to do the calibration here - click here - and we will be delighted to guide
Please update tablet to app version 4.19 and remember to let the tablet update the dealer's firmware (to version 3.03.04).
We have updated the dealer's firmware:
- We have made it easier to reboot - the dealer now reboots a few seconds after first connection to the tablet and then reconnect.
The app update is only the new firmware
Please remember to turn the dealer Off and On after the firmware update - and please ensure the dealer have a battery level of more than 20% before updating the firmware.
- Please notice due to the tablet software update - you will need to (or rather allow) the update of the tablet software when asked to Install. If you during install are asked to "Allow ... (2 times) then answer yes - especially on Huawei tablets. When asked please use this setting:
