2. Develop the foundation for the strategies and tactics that can get you there.
- This workshop will help you bring together stakeholders to identify what is happening in the community today, and articulate the policies, partnerships, and regulations needed to shape a dynamic future that meets your community’s goals.
3. Build a coalition of stakeholders that can implement strategies together.
- The workshop will give you and your partners a strong and common understanding of opportunities and challenges and how together you can harness change to make it work for your community.
4. $25,000 value (need staff capacity or grant matches?)
- Need more staff capacity? This will give you a way to move forward using your existing resources. Have an innovation grant in mind or a grant underway that needs extra match funds? We can tailor our workshops to focus on your needs so that these services can be counted as part of a match.
5. The application is short enough to complete by the extended deadline of Wednesday, September 4 at 12pm PST.
- We ask just six short questions (about 250 words each) to help us understand where our services can be most useful. We created an intentionally short application process that is mindful of capacity and time limitations.
