The Seven Summits Centre for Learning opened in Rossland, BC in September 2013.

Team Building Camp Details

The camping trip is almost upon us! So exciting!  Such a positive start to the academic year.

Please be at the Centre at 8:30am on Tuesday September 3rd. We will do tent assignments on Thursday August 29th. Please let us know if you have a tent we can use by emailing Ann here
and how many it sleeps. We will return at approximately 4pm on Thursday September 5th.

This is a technology free camp!!  This allows for better bonding and peer interactions.  Any cell phones or iPods found will be held by staff and returned upon arrival home. One device is allowed per van for music on the drive - this device will be kept by the staff when we are at the camp.

If you have not already paid the $100 or signed the permission form please make sure to do that by end of day on Thursday August 29th. You can pay via cash, cheque or e-transfer (send to info@sevensummitslearning.com and make the password answer Rossland and tag with student name and camping fee).

Desserts are provided by student contributions so baking is appreciated. We have one Celiac and two gluten free people so if someone is inspired to do a gluten free dessert that would be awesome! Baking can be given to a staff member on Tuesday at the Centre if it needs to be packed or upon arrival at the camp and we will get it into the kitchen where it will be bear safe.

There will be showers available this year for limited times during the day. Students can sign up for SHORT showers from 7-8am or 9-10pm. Students need to pay $1 per 5 minutes and must bring their own loonies. Students should expect only one shower slot during the trip.
