We know the number one frustration with orthotics is moving them from shoe to shoe. Most patients benefit from having a second pair of orthotics for work shoes or dress shoes and a second pair of orthotics can be tailored to fit a particular style of shoe.

Claiming your new pair of orthotics is simple, just follow these basic steps:
- Call Performance Podiatry & Physiotherapy and ask for a NO GAP or LOW GAP* orthotic assessment (see terms and conditions below to see if you qualify). Please note this offer is for patients with existing plaster casts.
- We’ll perform a full biomechanical assessment and take a 3D scan of your existing casts. Our highly qualified Podiatrists will assess you and take some specific biomechanical measurements and 3D scans of your casts during your biomechanical examination and gait analysis. This process will take approximately 20 minutes and allows us to determine your orthotic prescription.
- We design and manufacture your custom-made orthotics. Your Podiatrist will fill in your custom orthotic prescription form and send to our orthotic laboratory, along with your 3D scans.
- Your new orthotics are fitted to your feet and footwear. Your custom-made 3D printed orthotics will be fitted to your shoes within 14-28 days following your prescription.
