Have you asked before and are still interested?
Kirsty Hurd-Thomas, who works out the helper rota, is looking for more helpers for certain dates over the next two months.
The dates and help needed are:
September 23rd - altar/altared space installation
October 14th - altar/altared space installation
Oct 21st - altar as well as door (2 helpers needed that evening)

The exchange is free entry for the evening you help.
What we ask is that you commit to the date you choose and to arrive in time to complete your installation by 7.25pm latest; (you can get in from 6.30pm onwards).
Then take down at the end of the evening and sweep the area making sure that all is done by the lock-up time of 10pm.
Door duty is to commit and arrive before 7pm to set up and arrange the front entrance area and then pack away at the end of the evening — the set-up / take down involves carrying tables and the noticeboard.
