For the second time in less than two years, Puerto Rico's Bancrédito International Bank has been sued for allegedly failing to remit funds to Bahamas private banks with which it had correspondent bank relationships. The latest complaint - for $10M - filed yesterday by Ansbacher and Lyford International Bank follows a similar lawsuit - for $2.4M - by Capital Union Bank in 2017.
