We are just three weeks out from our awesome BBQ...  have you bought your tickets yet?  In order to keeping doing what needs to be done in 2020, we need to sell out this year's event. That's 300 folks, for those counting.  And, to make sure we plan for the right amount of food and the right number of tables and changes, I'm asking you to please buy your tickets now. You can get them online or pick them up at the Coffee Trader on Main Street in Montrose.

Donations Needed for Silent Auction

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and, to ensure that we do well, we need a successful silent auction.  We are asking everyone for help in donating items to the silent auction team. 

So far, our donations include nice gift baskets filled with goodies and gift cards from The Vine and Coffee Trader, as well as an amazing two-night stay at Cindy and Dan Reardon's new AirBnB — a $360 value! 

Do you have something you would like to donate? (Please, nothing that would go in a garage sale. We need items of significant value.)

Looking for ideas?  Here are a few to get you started:

• Gift cards to a nice local restaurant or other business
• Tickets to movie or Magic Circle Theatre production
• Handcrafted items such as woodworking, pottery, jewelry, artwork, etc.
• A fancy basket filled with wine, homemade jams, gourmet products, etc.
• Getaway at your timeshare and vacation home
• Gift certificate for a massage, facial, pedicure, or other pamper-yourself package
• A romantic night at a nearby inn or hotel, including dinner
• How about sharing your time and talents?  Housecleaning, computer help, painting, gardening and fall cleanup are just some of the skills that others would be happy to pay for.
• A fishing and/or camping package

The possibilities truly are endless!  We know that everyone has a gift or two to share, so what is yours?
