It’s only been a hot minute since SoulCycle opened the doors to its first London studio, and the spinning powerhouse has already announced plans to expand. Get ready for three new locations opening in Chelsea, Notting Hill, and Marylebone, respectively. Keep your eyes fixed on their Instagram for opening day updates!

🛩 Wellness-Inspired Vacay
As Third Space gears up for the opening of its sixth studio, the boutique fitness brand has announced the launch of their first-ever wellness holiday packages. Starting with a four-night, five-day retreat to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco in November, Third Space Escapes will feature yoga and meditation sessions, high-intensity workouts, and epic hikes, as well as cooking classes and healthy eats. London eatery M Victoria Street is known for its to-die-for Wagyu steaks. But in a bid to offer health-focused diners a cleaner alternative, the chefs have launched a vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free restaurant they’re calling M Raw. Available within their flagship Victoria location, menu highlights include Avocado Escabeche, Roasted Fennel, a Pulse Burger (served naked or in a gluten-free bap), and Courgette Spaghetti. Healthy eating never tasted so good!
