September 28th Handstand Workshop Thrive Yoga Sebastopol, CA
Curious about handstands? Come flip your perspective upside down with me on 9/28 at Thrive Yoga. All levels welcome. Non-heated, but expect to sweat! This 2 1/2 hour workshop will include discussion & theory, followed by a 60 minute class designed to warm you up for actual handstand practice.
