May everyone involved in back to school activities be blessed!
Thank you for participating in the many spiritual events that are made possible for you. I feel this is our Back to School Month, too! We are all about a solid spiritual education and remind you that we are all teachers and students. In fact, we never stop learning and that is in itself answered prayer. May God always keep your feet on the ground, your mind in the clouds, and your soul seeking. September events are events with or without food, with or without pets, and with or without conversation. Something for everyone- wherever they are on this pathway called life. Remember, Love Itself wants you to become involved in your earthly journey, to learn, and to saturate your consciousness with kindness, generosity and forgiveness. Learn to expect the best and your best will come through- to walk with others, to move forward in fellowship and to share in companionship. We are here to serve your spiritual seeking and to find the answers with you in all that we do.

I celebrate the vast possibilities for my life. Draw upon divine power and presence to realize the limitless possibilities in your life.
Our sanctuary will be open from 8:00am to 8:00pm so everyone has an opportunity to come in and pray for a few minutes, or hours. Prayer is the greatest power in the Universe. Let your thoughts be prayerful, centered, calm and content. God is using you to the advantage of the world. Be the Peace.

Wednesday, 7:00p.m.- Unity Prayer/Healing Service, facilitated by Sheila Gaylord, 2nd floor Library

Sunday, September 15: 10am-3pm Meet the Authors of Inspirations, purchase a book, get an autograph. Learn the Secrets to living an INSPIRED life.

Sunday September 15, Our Annual Pet Blessing Day and Pot-luck Picnic. How fortunate we are to have a yard for our event and pets to bless and food to picnic. We have so much to be thankful for, please join us, bring friends and enjoy a day of great people, food and of course pets! Service at 11:00, picnic at 12:30- please sign up soon so we know how many to plan for. We have tents for shade!! We have tables, chairs, music and a whole lot of great cooks!

Thursday, September 19: Sound Bath- Crystal Bowls, Singing Plants, Drums and tuning forks! – something for everyone! 7:00-9:00p.m. $35/$25 for Unity Temple members. Facilitated by Teresa Helgeson. Wear comfortable clothing, bring mat and pillow for comfort and a friend to share this wonderful experience. This is a great gift idea as well.

September 27, Friday, 7:00p. Open Mic Night! Gail Hamilton will bless our concert portion. You and your talent have the remainder of the evening. Songs, stories, poetry, dance, reading and jokes- everyone has talent! Comfortable evening for introducing Unity.

September 20 & 21: Friday and Saturday from 8am-4pm Multi-Family Yard Sale. Please donate no longer used items. No clothing or books- thanks. Please sign up to volunteer awhile, and please, please, go through things and find something to shop for !. We are glad to create a space for recycling, reusing and repurposing. Thanks for participating!

We are so blessed by the amazing talent of our music department. Thank you! to Mallory, Natalie, and Tom for their strings and commitmentto our Sunday morning prelude & postlude.

With parking at a premium please make efficient use of the spaces available and don’t forget there are
9 additional parking spaces in the lot north of Iva Lou’s home- enter in alley.
We also have additional parking for Sunday special music and our musicians in the driveway reached through our alley behind the church. Bike routes are available at bikestreets.com, we have 2 bike racks.

We are on Facebook as Unity Temple of Practical Christianity, live on Sundays at 11:30 or you can watch at your leisure, please visit our Facebook page and ‘friend’ us there so you are in touch. If you find the teachings of value, please share with others. We are here to serve a far larger community than any building can hold. Thank you for “sharing”! Please remember the message you hear each week another has never heard. What a thrill it is to lift our thoughts to God!! God is love.

Thank you, thank you to all those who serve by bringing food for fellowship, by picking up after one another and adding your consciousness to our worship services, for keeping our sanctuary a space of grace where healing of mind, body and soul can be realized and manifested. We are blessed by the incredible music – the talent and skills brought into our praise is breathtaking at times! We are thankful for your spiritual searching; and that it has brought you to Unity Temple of Denver. We honor your relationship with God as revealed in your self-assurance and mastery of new experiences. Thank you for the many ways you serve through your expectations and willingness. Thank you, Board.

Let yourself rest in the knowledge that a love greater than all ours combined is in charge and is leading us into a more marvelous expression. Never doubt God’s love and God’s protection, for it is the Truth about you, and about those you love and care for.
