TRAVELOGUE Education Night
My Working Holiday in BORNEO - 18
th September

Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of the Borneo Orangutan and their habitat. Borneo Orangutan share 97% DNA with humans but under massive threat largely due to Palm Oil Plantations. I was lucky enough to be involved in a working holiday making enrichment for these extraordinary animals and will be presenting at the KPS Travelogue on the18th September.

It will be a fundraiser so we can hopefully get enough to purchase a boat to be used by the local carers to transport food and enrichment to the Orangutans.($500) Losing this species would be unthinkable. I will be collecting cash on the night and sending it from KPS.
Another option is to adopt an Orangutan or make a contribution on the BOS website.
https://www.orangutans.com.au/ If you would like to be more informed about what products contain Palm Oil –this page is very helpful. https://www.facebook.com/palmoilproductsinAustralia/
I really hope we can make a difference.
Thank you - Andrea Cornwall

Note: You will not be expected to donate but we really hope you do.

Colour Munkis and any other KPS equipment.

Croydon Camera House – make sure you tell them you are a KPS member, it is a good idea to ask for Nigel.
It's also a good idea to find your best price online from an Australian retailer then see if Croydon Camera House will price match.
