31st August

Hello from all of us here at the Irish Family History Centre and welcome to our latest newsletter!

Well, it has been a busy summer here at the Irish Family History Centre - weddings, babies and trips - read on to find out what we've been up to!

As we look ahead into autumn, we've got an educational course for everyone, catering for all ages and levels; in Trinity College Dublin, Blanchardstown Library and the IFHC - in Dublin and around the country!

And our Research Tip this week is by Expert Genealogist Helen Moss, who shows you how music might be able to help your research.

Finally, our Summer 2019 edition of Irish Lives Remembered is available - so scroll down, kick back and enjoy your weekend with lots of articles on everything Irish Genealogy!

Happy Weekend!

Bon Voyage Carmel!

One of our Expert Genealogists - Carmel Gilbride - has recently stepped away from her role as Research Manager in the Eneclann office. She will be missed, and we wish her the very best in her next steps...

We are moving apart, and yet our friendship is deep rooted. We will see one another soon, so let us promise for now - Farewell!

Celebrating another addition to the Eneclann family!

A huge congratulations to our colleague Orla, who recently had a beautiful baby girl!
Little Faye was born on 21st June - a Summer Solstice baby! Both baby and mother are happy and healthy and we love it when she pops in to say hi!

One little baby, so many happy hearts!

New Line on the Family tree for our Expert Genealogist Stephen!

This August, our colleague Stephen was delighted to add another line to his family tree when he married the beautiful Nóra in a gorgeous ceremony!

They then continued the celebrations with a delightful trip around Italy!
Congratulazioni per il vostro matrimonio!
