As members of our north shore communities we are so lucky to call the ocean our home. However, after a summer of fun at the beach and on the water it is important that we take care of our coastline.
SPUR and Sustainable Marblehead are partnering this fall for a cleanup in honor of International Coastal Cleanup (observed on September 21). We will be mobilizing volunteers to clean trash and debris from the sea via paddle board, kayak, row, sail or power boat as well as by foot.
Keep your water crafts at the ready, or participate on land. We hope you will consider joining us for this unique opportunity with a BBQ to follow!
