The countdown to our Summer Painting Course in the UK is on. In TEN days we will set up our nomadic painting atelier in beautiful Hampshire.

MONDAY WINCHESTER CITY MILL
A restored water mill situated on the River Itchen in the centre of old Winchester. The mill is owned by the National Trust and is a national landmark. With a history of over 1000 years, Winchester City Mill is one of the oldest working watermills in the UK.
TUESDAY AT THE NEWARTCENTRE, ROCHE COURT
Roche Court and its grounds are the home of a sculpture park and educational centre. The New Art Centre represents various artists’ estates and exhibits annually at the Basel Art Fair.
WEDNESDAY AT AVINGTON HOUSE
A 16th-century English country house which stands in Avington Park in the Itchen Valley. The two dramatic 19th-century conservatories flanking a pillared orangery will be the subject of our paintings.
THURSDAY AT SELBORNE POTTERY
A whimsical pottery studio established by Robert Goldsmith in 1985 in the beautiful and historic Hampshire village of Selborne, famous for its association with the eighteenth century naturalist Gilbert White.
FRIDAY AT WOLVESEY CASTLE
The fantastical, crumbling remains of early-12th-century Wolvesey Castle huddle in the protective embrace of the city's walls. Completed by Henry de Blois, it served as the Bishop of Winchester's residence throughout the medieval era.
MONDAY TO FRIDAY, EVENING OPEN STUDIO AT THE WINCHESTER SCHOOL OF ART A campus of the University of Southampton. The school is one of the UK’s leading art and design institutions and part of the world-renowned University of Southampton.
SATURDAY OPENING RECEPTION AT CANVAS GALLERY
Established in London in 2008 and relocated in 2015 to the historic city of Winchester, Canvas Gallery was featured in this spring’s Art Basel Hong Kong Art Fair and represents a roster of internationally recognized artists.
