The school year is off to a fantastic start and we thank you for all you have done to prepare your child(ren) for this school year. Ice Cream Social 

We are so excited for our Ice Cream Social taking place this Thursday, September 19th from 6-7pm at Kennedy in our cafeteria. Please join us with your family for a delicious evening to meet and greet staff and other members of our community. Who can say no to FREE ICE CREAM?

Picture Day is Here

On Tuesday, September 17th all of our students K-8 will be taking their school pictures. Students who are absent on the 17th will have an opportunity to take their pictures on the 18th or in October at our picture retake day. Students received their picture day information this past week and your child can either bring in the paper order form or you can order online.

PTA Walkathon

Our all school walkathon and only school fundraiser organized by our fabulous PTA is quickly approaching. On Friday your students should have brought home information about the walkathon and an envelop for money collection. As part of some friendly competition between grades, we have added a coin collection to go to the overall total which will be located in our cafeteria. This vital fundraiser helps provide opportunities and resources for all of our students throughout the school year.

Dress Up Days 9/23-9/26

As we get ready for our school walkathon we will have some extra fun and support for our Kennedy community by dressing up next week 9/23-9/27.

Monday 9/23: Red/White/Blue - Go Eagles Day!
Tuesday 9/24: Twin Day (MN Twins or Dress like twins)
Wednesday 9/25: Hawaiian Day
Thursday 9/26: Kennedy Pride Day and our all School Walkathon
Friday 9/27: No Students- Teacher Professional Development Day
