The Parish Path Partnership (P3)
There are over 3400 miles of Public Rights of Way in Shropshire. Myddle and Broughton Parish is one of over 60 parishes in the County which take part in the P3 scheme.  This is run by the Council's Countryside Access Team which trains groups of local volunteers to carry out practical improvements to their local public rights of way network.
This work varies from simple way marking and minor clearance up to replacing stiles with gates, installing small bridges and strimming paths generally try to maintain our wonderful footpaths around the villages of our parish.
If you like walking the footpaths in our parish perhaps you could help our Parish Paths Partnership group to keep the paths in good order?
Please let Geoff (07854124690), Brendan (07710243023) or Colin (07906622133) have your name and contact number. We will then organise a meeting in the near future for new recruits. Or send an email to contact@myddle.net
