I am sending this extra message between newsletters to warmly invite you to the private view of A Wye Valley Woodland Through Artists' Eyes at Monmouth Museum. The result of a collaboration between renowned woodland ecologist George Peterken and The Arborealists, the show focuses on Lady Park Wood. Left unmanaged for seventy five years, this special wood above a steep gorge has been studied and recorded for decades by George and other scientists. This exhibition presents a rather different view of the wood - from a group of artists encountering it for the first time.
