NICK WESTRAY
Head of Industrial Agency
Joining CFC in August, Nick brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 24 years in commercial property and completing over 700 deals. He's worked across all Commercial sectors, including Retail, Office and Industrial, but over time Nick has honed his expertise in the Industrial sector.

In response to the increasingly prevalent Industrial sector within the emerging markets of East London, Nick's role at CFC rounds out the team as the market evolves and we see more industrial needs to support retail and leisure.
Prior to joining CFC, Nick worked as Head of Industrial for Glenny's East London office and as Head of Industrial Agency for Stirling Ackroyd in Shoreditch. At CFC, Nick currently works on 35 units across 200,000 sq ft of instructions. Outside the office, Nick supports Arsenal and enjoys spending time with his young family.

PETER DAVEY
Senior Surveyor - Retail Agency
A fervent foodie with a passion for independent retail, Peter joined CFC in August and hit the ground running. Working alongside Associate Director Harriet Gidney, Rob Hampton and Craig Fisher to refine CFC’s retail offering across London, Peter's experience in regeneration projects for Morgan Sindell and Sainsbury's takes the CFC team from strength to strength.

Peter's hard work and local knowledge will be a key asset to our amazing estates and mixed-use instructions, and we're thrilled to see what the future brings for our retail team.

ROB HAMPTON
Surveyor
Fresh off completing his MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading, Rob joined the CFC team in July 2019 as a Surveyor. Rob brings a range of experience in the property industry and has already started pounding the pavement hungry to find new concepts in London and throughout the UK.

|
CFC is delighted for Rob to begin his career as Surveyor working across all our departments and we look forward to his knowledge base - and waistline - growing!

DEVELOPING A TEAM

Craig Fisher, founder of CF Commercial, touches on the importance developing a well rounded team.
When I founded CFC ten years ago, I wanted to create a team that was nimble, yet humble. I always dreamt of having a small team, never growing so big that I wouldn't be personally involved in the growth of each individual member of my team. Now, with 8 team members working alongside me, including a consultant in mixed use & local government advisory, as well as a marketing manager, I truly feel that we can offer our clients a well rounded offer with a personalised touch.
Much like placemaking and creating a cultural destination, developing a team that fits together like a puzzle ensures that we can personally work with each client along the way. Over time, I've found this creates repeat clients and long lasting relationships.
I'm thrilled to see what the next year brings to CFC. As we dive into a busy autumn, our retail, office and industrial teams are a driving force, and we're excited to expand outside of London with our local government and mixed use advisory.
