Unfortunately, Chef Clayton from Big Island Provisions and Sundries will not be at market this Saturday, August 24 because he has to take his daughter to college. Have no fear, though, as he'll be back the following Saturday. Until then, why not try out a couple new breakfast specials from the Red Barn?
Mango Toast ($9) : Toasted organic Kulina Lani sourdough topped with fresh local lemon ricotta, fresh mango and our Mango Sunshine Jam. Served with fresh fruit.
Breakfast Scramble Melt ($9) : Crispy bacon and scrambled local eggs melted with cheddar and Muenster on organic Kulina Lani sourdough, served with fresh fruit.
