Baby arugula, marinated artichokes, roasted cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, sliced pepperoncini, and homemade bread crumbs tossed in a rosemary balsamic dressing.

Homemade Mushroom Ravioli
Filled with ricotta and mascarpone cheese, mixed mushrooms (beech, portobello, and white mushrooms) served in a light truffle cream sauce garnished with shaved pecorino and microgreens.

8 oz. Yellowtail Filet
8 oz. grilled yellowtail filet with a relish of mango and kiwi, served over sauteed kale, bok choy, and chard with a roasted cashew garlic olive oil. 

20 oz. Porterhouse
20 oz. pan-seared Porterhouse with melted gorgonzola cheese served over baby carrots caramelized with brown sugar and cinnamon, sauteed snow peas and roasted fingerling potatoes.
