I have always felt in my natural rhythm to the seasons, that autumn is my New Year, rather than January.  In the northern hemisphere, the natural completion of the growing and harvesting time, the preparation of jamming and freezing food for the winter is most comforting to me.

My inner-scape becomes more focused on what is next in my work and travel, on  learning and discovering new things, in contrast to the social buzz of the summer.   Life begins to slow its pace and I  look forward to the insights that offers.

I have just returned from a trip to the southern Okanagan area of BC, surrounded by desert and mountains.  Home to bears, cougars, rattlesnakes, and eagles, to name a few, it is a most exquisite place that exhilarated all my senses!

As I prepare for my trip to New Mexico next month and then on to the Power Journey at the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, Mexico, I am aware of the energy doors opening and that I am clearing the way to be as present as possible to the experiences of each day.  I realized long ago, that I have many “homes” and I treasure my time in all of them!

May you reap the harvest of your gorgeous summer,  with the abundance of fruits and foods that the earth has provided and may you hold precious all that you enjoyed as we move into the changing of the season.

I send each of you my love,
Liz

There are a couple openings left on the upcoming Power Journey to Teotihuacan.  If you feel called to participate in this wonderful experience, please contact me soon to claim your spot.

Join us in Teotihuacan, Mexico for the celebrations and ceremonies of the Day of the Dead, the honouring of our ancestors.  These traditions teach us to respect all who have come before and to celebrate the spirit of the ancestors with joy and remembrance.  You will have opportunity to participate in ceremonies of reverence, beauty, creativity, food and song.

On this journey you will spend each day at the pyramids of Teotihuacan in practices of the culture and the Shamanic tools of the Toltec.

You will have opportunity to honour your own ancestors with photos and memorabilia.  Dia de los muertos, the Day of the Dead, teaches us all to appreciate those that have brought us into the life we are living and to live each day of this precious experience of our own life to the fullest.

Journey dates: October 29th-November 3rd, 2019
Cost: $1100 CAD
(Includes accommodations, transport to/from Mexico City Airport & meals.  Does not include airfare.)
