What's up with Wheat? • Graduate KY Bourbon School

Wheated Bourbons and wheat whiskeys have only ever been a very small part of the overall American whiskey market. And this despite the famous work of William Larue, Julian and Bill Sr.

Pours may include:*

No prior bourbon education required however for these events we’ll be skipping Bourbon 101 basics and going into advanced topics. You’ll be guided by the KY Castle’s Bourbon Steward in Residence, Tim Knittel of Distilled Living with over 10 years experience in the Bourbon industry.
