Our 3rd Annual Ownership Meeting is the evening of Thursday, October 10. Look for your official invitation to arrive in your mailbox within the next several weeks.
One of the activities involved in the Annual Ownership Meeting is an election for the Board of Directors. There are two seats up for re-election and we are adding two more seats to the Board so that by the end of the evening on October 10, we will be a Board of 9. Terms for the Board are three years. The terms for the two new directors seats will be two to three years to stagger so every year, three directors will be up for election. As an owner, you have the right to run, and frankly, we need your help!

If you're interested, we strongly suggest that you attend the Board of Directors meeting on Monday, August 26 at 6:00 p.m. at the Innovation Center, 1221 Innovation Drive, Whitewater.
