WILLIAM O'BRIEN to SPEAK AT CCRC SEPTEMBER 9
The Carroll County Republican Committee's September meeting is set for Monday, September 9th at Bucky's Restaurant in Moultonborough. As usual it will begin with a social hour commencing at 5:30 PM with the business meeting at 6:30 PM.
We will have a very special guest speaker. The Honorable Bill O'Brien has graciously agreed to join us and give us his thoughts as to what our next US Senator must do for the state of new Hampshire and America. I am very excited and looking forward to his appearance. My first two years as a State Representative were served with Bill at the helm as Speaker of the House. That year we were met with an $850 million dollar, built in budget deficit, by the departing democratic majority. (Sound familiar.) Under his leadership we cut one billion dollars from the 2011/2012 budget by cutting useless, over funded programs initiated by the democrats. We balanced our budget without raising a single red cent in taxes or fees.
