THIS WEEKS UPDATE - 27th August 2019
Good morning all, a few updates to note this week.
Capsicums Red and Green have increased in price and Yellow Capsicum is nearly twice the price, so please keep this in mind when ordering. Brussels Sprouts and Squash have a slight decrease in price this week. We have also seen a price decrease in Bananas from previous week. There is a modest price increase in Gourmet Tomatoes and Truss Tomatoes. Broccoli, Cauliflower and Eggplant have also gone up in price. Cos Lettuce has increased this week, therefore we advise our customers to please Substitute it with Baby Cos Lettuce or Iceberg Lettuce. The best buy this week are our irresistible Buttery Green Avocados, which have gone further down in price providing us the opportunity of loading our meals with these healthy fat available.
Please note, Watermelon and Honeydew Melons price have increased significantly this week and so have Grapes Red and Black. We have only seen an inappreciable price decrease in Green Grapes but they still remain on the higher end of the pricing. Blueberries and Strawberries are good value at the moment. Gold Kiwifruit is still on special for the 5th week in a row. Winter staples such as Pears and Mandarins continue to be your best value buys for the week.
