EOSARDA Registration 2019-2020 Dance Year

The start of the dance season is upon us and I am still missing both club and association contact information from a few clubs and one association.

Please send the following information to registrar@eodance.ca so that the package can be distributed this week.  

Please note that the current forms should be used as there have been some changes made from previous years versions.
