VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT

              Union County
     Good Samaritan Center

The good work nonprofits do cannot be accomplished without dedicated volunteers. Union County Good Samaritan Center is no exception.

Volunteers work at the food pantry on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The pantry is open to clients from 10:00-11:45 on those days, but the volunteers work before or after hours packing emergency food boxes.

On average, the Union County Good Samaritan Center serves 40-50 families a month.

For more information, click here. To volunteer, contact Peggy at unioncogoodsc@yahoo.com.

FEATURED VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

The Fulton United Methodist Food Pantry needs volunteers to help with packing food boxes and distribution. On the third Saturday of the month, food is distributed from 7:30-10:00 am. On the Friday night prior to distribution day, volunteers pack the boxes from 5:00-6:00 pm. If you can help with distribution, click here. If you can help pack boxes, click here. Both of these volunteer opportunities take place at the old grammar school cafeteria in Fulton.
