The Council of Dancers directs the activities of the Eastern Ontario Square and Round Dance Association. The Council of Dancers provides direction to the EOSARDA Board of Directors through two regular meetings each year -- one in April and one in November. Council of Dancers meetings are the general membership meetings of EOSARDA.
All dancers are welcome at Council of Dancers meetings. EOSARDA member clubs vote through delegated club members with each club entitled to two voting delegates (EOSARDA member clubs with more than 80 registered members are entitled to two additional delegates). In order to conduct business at the Council of Dancers meeting, we need a quorum of at least 1/4 of our member clubs.
After having to re-schedule last November's meeting due to uncooperative weather, we decided to move the meeting one week earlier this fall. The 10 November 2019 meeting will be held at:

A draft agenda will be available later in the fall; however, for now, there are things you can do to prepare yourself and your club for the 10 November meeting:
- circulate this message within your club so that members can mark their calendars and plan to attend,
- review the record from the last Council of Dancers meeting -- it's on our website, and
- let EOSARDA's Secretary know of any items you would like to see addressed at the meeting.
