Reminder: Provide your feedback on the future of aged care system navigation

A reminder that feedback on the Australian Healthcare Associates’ discussion paper for system navigator models is due on Monday 16 September 2019.
The feedback will be used in the evaluation of the Aged Care System Navigator Measure and contribute to the aged care system navigation policy direction.
