Hello, friends!

When I was working on the Jade tee sewing pattern last year, I landed on a technique for hemming knits that creates a beautiful, flat hem that I really love. I included it in the pattern, of course, but it would work for ANY knit pattern with hems, so I've made it into a tutorial on my blog, too.
 
Hems can be the most frustrating part of sewing with knits, so maybe this will be a game-changer for you!

Jade is the perfect pattern for fall, with four sleeve length options for any weather, plus it's a quick and easy sewing project. The basic fitted tee is the ultimate wardrobe essential -- it goes with everything! Here are some of your Jade tees that recently caught my eye:

And here are a few fun Isla dresses, including two with Jade sleeves added! Isla is our other women's knit pattern (top two pics), and you can mix and match the Jade sleeves with the Isla pattern pieces to add create a sleeved Isla dress (bottom two pics)!
