Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!
This is going to be a great year and we have many exciting fundraising and volunteer opportunities for our ICOLPH friends and family to participate in to help make our school the best it can be.

In order to keep tuition affordable it is necessary to have a robust and successful fund development program. The following fundraisers have been scheduled for the 2019-2020 school year: Sausage Fest, Annual Gift Campaign, Auction and Eagle SCRIP.
Everett Sausage Fest is happening Friday, September 27 through Sunday, September 29!

Now in its 43rd year, Sausage Fest is one of ICOLPH School's largest fundraisers of the year, contributing over $500,000 over the past five years to our school's operating budget!

This is a multi-day event with a raffle, carnival rides, kids games, Bavarian dinner haus, beer and wine gardens, food booths and more.

In addition to much of the greater Everett and parish communities, all of our school families and teachers turn out to volunteer and attend Fest. You won't want to miss this fun, family-friendly event!
Each family has a minimum fundraising obligation of $700 ($350 for preschool) to be met through the Annual Gift Campaign, Auction and Eagle SCRIP fundraisers.

And

Each family is required to volunteer for the school (40 hours per family / 20 hours per single parent) or donate $800.00 per family / $400.00 per single parent.  Unfulfilled hours will be billed at the rate of $20.00 per hour through the business office.
Volunteering at Sausage Fest is a great way to make friends and meet your volunteer requirements. Thank you to those who are chairing a booth or have already volunteered to help!

We have a volunteer opportunity for everyone. We need help with setup, take down, and staffing the festival. Some of the exciting opportunities include: raffle booth, kids games, information booth, hamburger booth, elephant ears, bingo hall, and more!

The 2019 Everett Sausage Fest Raffle is on!

You have already received your 2019 Sausage Fest raffle tickets. We graciously ask each school family to sell a minimum of 20 raffle tickets. Tickets are $2.00 each and you may purchase them yourself or sell them to family, friends, neighbors, etc

Your raffle ticket numbers are recorded with your name and all tickets must be returned (sold or not) by noon on Sunday, September 30.

Did we mention the incentives for selling raffle tickets?
  • All school families who turn in 40 sold tickets (and monies!) by Thursday, September 26, will receive a FREE DRESS PASS for every student in their household to use on Monday, September 30!
  • School families who sell 60 tickets will also be entered to win a Fest Prize Pack.
Do you need more raffle tickets? Mrs. Whitehouse will have extra booklets in the school office now through Fest. Do you have any questions? Email Mirran Rajcic, Sausage Fest Raffle Chair, at mzrajcic@comcast.net
Carnival ride pass pre-sale order forms are being sent home soon. By purchasing your pass(es) in advance you will save $5 off of the price that will be charged at the ticket booth during Sausage Fest. Additionally, 100% of the funds raised in the pre-sale go back to ICOLPH School!

To purchase your pass(es), please return your completed form and payment (checks should be made out to ICOLPH Booster Club) to the school. The advance purchase passes will be sent home with your student.

All order forms and payments must be received at the school office no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 26.
