When coaching first developed as an industry, the majority of documented coaching happened between English speaking coaches and English speaking clients. The competencies of the peak body, The ICF, were also were written in English by English speaking coaches. But, the ICF now has over 120-plus Chapters in more than 60 countries, and much of the coaching that happens in the world now occurs in multiple languages. It is this experience we are researching.

We're interested in the challenges and strategies you might have experienced as a coach or a client. The survey takes between 2 - 5 mins, and we'll share the results with you when the survey is complete. The findings will also form part of a conference paper to be delivered at the ICF Converge Conference in Prague, in October.
