Utah's largest free art event, the Urban Arts Festival, will take place on Saturday, September 21 and Sunday, September 22 at the Gallivan Center.
The Utah Arts Alliance hosted event features an artist marketplace, live music, urban dance, a lowrider car exhibition, and much more. Come celebrate Salt Lake City's unique urban and artistic culture!
I recently had the chance to experience what it's like to be in one of these amazing lowriders. The modified suspension allows the front wheels to be raised off the ground independently. What I enjoyed most was when the car's front end started hopping. See the images below.
