Here’s what’s happening in DC.
Big news: Taylor Gourmet is officially back! After all 17 of the local sandwich shops closed abruptly last fall, we’ve been working hard to find an adequate hoagie replacement. Luckily, the search is over — the Farragut Square shop reopened its doors on Monday. While you’re devouring that oh-so-missed, made-from-scratch sammie, catch up on everything going on in the DC health and fitness scene this week.

Stroll, scoot, or bike down the street and you’ll find free fitness classes you can jump in on and local food stalls to grab a bite at. Think of it as your chance to get outside and enjoy the local community before winter hits!

Whether you choose to fill up on Crackled Baby Spinach or Onion-Glazed Garbanzo Beans, get ready for fresh, Indian-inspired flavors. A Sad Scoop
We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but after 25 years of scooping up cones of glory, Ben & Jerry’s in Georgetown is now officially closed.
