The new release of DRGR 7.17, which went live on September 3, 2019, is causing an error that is preventing voucher approval by grantees and HUD staff. A permanent fix will require another release, which is expected within the next 4 weeks. In the interim, HUD has developed an upload through which grantees and HUD staff can submit approval for pending vouchers. This will serve as a temporary fix until the new release, so that grantees and HUD users are able to process voucher requests.
