Singer-songwriter Nina Rose blends velvety vocals and mellowing guitar rhythms into a folky acoustic carpet ride. Nina weaves her Chinese, Malaysian, Austrian, Australian cultures into her storytelling. To launch her debut EP 'Patterns', her cousins join her on double bass and violin.

Darebin Music Feast Songwriters’ Award 2019

The Darebin Music Feast Songwriters’ Award is an annual songwriting competition that seeks to recognise, showcase and promote the talents of local songwriters. Past winners include Jordie Lane, Ben Mason, Brooke Russell and Charm of Finches.

Grand Final Concert will be held on Thursday 24 October, 7.30pm at Northcote Town Hall with ten finalists will performing before our distinguished judges Sal Kimber, Monica Weightman & Tristan Goodall as part of the Darebin Music Feast. There is an amazing prize package to be won including cash and studio time.

Songwriters’ who live, work or study in the City of Darebin are welcome to enter. Entries close Wednesday 25 September.
