If you are an owner in Rio Crossing, this should have arrived at your mailing address on file yesterday or today. Inside you'll find the following:
A brief notice of the upcoming annual member meeting, with an explanation of the voting process.
A list of candidates who indicated an interest in for the board, along with a brief bio from each candidate.
A ballot (bright "canary"color")
A return envelope (bright "canary" color)
Please mark your ballot, and complete the information at the bottom (this information is required to ensure that only one vote is made per lot, and that the vote is made by a property owner), put the ballot in the return envelope and place in the mail as soon as you can (no stamp required).
Reminder: Annual Member Meeting
All Rio Crossing owners are members of the association and are encouraged to attend the Annual Member Meeting of the Rio Crossing Homeowners Association.
