We are making a decided transition from summer to fall here in Manitoba - the winds are cooling down the inner heat that we have accumulated over the past few months and blowing out the mental cobwebs. It has been a tumultuous summer with Jonathan’s passing; I am beyond grateful for all of the messages and support I have been sent. My intention is to carry the love I have received forward into this next phase, and this autumn I am making a conscious effort to welcome the shift as a way to pause, remember, and recalibrate.

DINACHARYA - DAILY RITUALS
