What to Bring :Yourself perfect as you are already !
> It is suggested to travel light Yoga attire for both cool morning chill and heat of the day, shawl or scarf for savasana, sandals for the beach, running shoes for hiking through the forest, windbreaker, touque, fleece or sweater, sun hat, sun protection, bathing suit, beach towel, musical instruments & cameras welcome !
*YOGA MATS may be provided though you are welcome to bring your own.
