SEPT 15, 11am-5pm: For the first time, this full day of fun includes FOOD TRUCKS and BEER GARDEN hosted through the generosity of East Rock Brewing Company! Food trucks include Caseus Cheese Truck, East Coast Pizza Truck, & Portabello arepas.
Plus live MUSIC, GAMES for kids, PONY rides, DOG PARADE, TOURS for lovers of history & nature, tag sale & auction, book sale, stilt walkers, balloon artist, and more!

11:30am & 12:30pm: Landscape Architecture Tours
Led by landscape designer Alexandra Lemke. Learn about Edgerton's history from its origins as a Whitney farm, to the Brewster estate and hallmark of landscape design, to the New Haven public park we celebrate today.

2:30pm: Nature Scavenger Hunt for Kids!
Led by Edgerton's new Education Coordinator, Kyle Holton, who runs the School Outreach Program which annually brings hundreds of local children to the park to learn from volunteer educators.

Auction & White Elephant Sale
The Carriage House will be filled to the brim with quality furniture, vintage housewares, tchotchkes, and gift certificates donated by local businesses. Treasure hunters should also peruse the book sale in the greenhouses!

SEPT 14, 4pm-6pm: Get first crack at thousands of fabulous books on the evening before Sunday in the Park. For a $20 donation, peruse this year's treasures while enjoying delicious hors d’oeuvres and a glass of wine in the historic greenhouses.
