Good afternoon *|HTML:FNAME|*,

"The nicest thing about rain is that it always stops."

Wise words from an 8 year old as we prepared to go outside last week for their first Forest School adventure of the year!

Apologies for the length of time since we last sent out a newsletter, but we will be back each month with seasonal updates, ideas, tips and tricks.

As always, all information about our upcoming development courses can be found on our website - find out more here

If you want to share anything with the group then please email us info@inspiredforestschooltraining.co.uk and we will happily add it.

Many thanks,

Mark and Shane

Why did the Cranefly not eat?

You will have noticed the number of Cranefly (often referred to as Daddy Longlegs) in the air at the moment, but did you know that adults rarely feed.

The picture shows a 'grub' often excavated by intrepid explorers as they search within the mud. This is commonly know as a Leartherjacket, the larvae stage of the Cranefly lifecycle.

Tell me more about Daddy Longlegs!!
