About our Speaker, Robyn Betts

Robyn Betts is currently a Consultant on Intermountain’s Leadership and Organizational Development Team. With a Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University, Robyn brings 24 years of group facilitation experience as a licensed Recreation Therapist in the mental healthcare industry. Robyn has collaborated with healthcare professionals in the development and execution of numerous workshops to facilitate positive change in the lives of patients and leadership. Over the past 8 years, she has enjoyed connecting executive leadership with top talent through recruitment and networking efforts; still never straying too far from her passion to facilitate a variety of courses such as Interviewing and Selection classes, segments of Discover Leadership, Program Coordinator of Women in Leadership, and Co-Leading the HR Transformation Process Team.
