Consider the Heavens
Monday 16 September, 7.30pm, Sherborne Insight
Faith and Science are often thought as mutually exclusive. Moreover, science is commonly seen as gradually whittling away the space left in our world for God.
We welcome the renowned astro-physicist Prof Dame Jocelyn Bell-Burnell FRS, a practising Quaker who was awarded the special Physics prize in 2018 for her discovery of Pulsars.
We very much look forward to hearing her insights and how considering the heavens has changed her understanding of God.
